Cyngerdd yn y Neuadd
Ar y 24ain o Hydref 2023, cafodd dwy aelod o’r criw noson wych o adloniant yn neuadd bentref Maenclochog. Fe gaeth y ‘Cyngerdd yn y Neuadd’ ei drefnu gan Criw Harmo-Ni, sef côr lleol y pentref, gyda artistiaid gwadd Band Pres Wdig a disgyblion gwych Ysgol Maenclochog hefyd yn cymerud rhan.
Beth allwn ni ddweud, ond waw!! Cawsom gyfle i fwynhau rhaglen hyfryd o ganu gan Criw Harmo-Ni yn ogystal â darnau pwerus a chwaraeir gan Band Pres Wdig. Roedd disgyblion Ysgol Manclochog hefyd wedi arddangos eu talent drwy ganu ac adrodd rhai darnau digrif gwych. Fe wnaethom fwynhau pob munud!
Bwriad y cyngerdd oedd i godi arian, ac mi roedd yn anrhydedd mawr i ni gael ein dewis fel un o ddau fuddiolwr yr arian a godwyd. Rydym mor ffodus i gael cefnogaeth wych o’n cwmpas wrth i ni barhau â’n menter i godi’r swm anhygoel o arian sydd ei angen tuag at ein hymgyrch ac wrth gwrs, ein pedair elusen ddewisol. Diolch o galon i bawb am eu cefnogaeth ac i Criw Harmo-Ni yn enwedig am feddwl amdano ni, roedd yn bleser pur cael bod yno.

Concert in the Hall
On the 24th October 2023, two of our crew members enjoyed a fantastic evening of entertainment at Maenclochog village hall. The ‘Concert in the Hall’ was organised by Criw Harmo-Ni, a local choir based in the village, with guest artists Goodwick Brass Band and the brilliant pupils of Ysgol Maenclochog.
What can we say, but wow!! We were treated to a beautifully put together programme of singing by Criw Harmo-Ni as well as some powerful, toe tapping pieces played by Goodwick Brass band. The pupils of Ysgol Manclochog also showcased their talent through singing and reciting some wonderful humorous pieces. We enjoyed every minute!
The concert was hosted as a fundraising event, and we were extremely honoured to have been chosen as one of two beneficiaries of the money raised. We are so very lucky to have fantastic support around us as we continue our venture to raise the extraordinary amount of money needed for our Atlantic Campaign and ultimately, our four chosen charities. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone for their support and Criw Harmo-Ni in particular for thinking of us, it was an absolute pleasure to be there.
