Why are WebZerIT supporting Merched Y Môr?
We are based in Solva, Pembrokeshire where the ladies have started training with Solva Rowing Club and rowing in the Celtic Longboats here. The Chair of the club is Stephen Probert who also happens to be the CEO of WebZerIT. Stephen is also a very keen rower and after being asked the question by Helen Heaton if WebZerIT would like to support and partner the campaign there was no hesitation, it was agreed on the spot! It was a very natural decision to make.
We are already proud of the first version of the website which initially is geared towards gaining more sponsorship to raise the funds to make the campaign become a reality. We know this won’t be a small project and will be ever evolving as the ladies go through the various phases leading up to the race. We will be with them every step of the way making sure everyone has access to see their progress via the website and social media!
