- Our dedicated social work team can offer support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Why are Calon Cymru Fostering supporting Merched Y Môr?
We are so pleased to be able to support Heledd and the ladies of Merched Y Mor to be able to take on this incredible challenge. Heledd is a vital part of our team and gives so much to us here at Calon Cymru that it was only right that we give her our support. We are all incredibly proud of her for jumping at this once in a lifetime opportunity and grabbing the challenge with all of the dedication, care and enthusiasm that we see from her in her everyday work.
