SERB is a global pharmaceutical company with a facility in Wales where we manufacture some of our critical care medicines.  We were inspired to learn about four women from our area with an extraordinary ambition to row across the Atlantic.  We believe that our employees share some of the same core values that these women display in facing this challenge: working together as a team, supporting and respecting one another, being ambitious, and always looking for new ways to achieve outstanding results.  We also admire their spirit, their courage and their determination. In the years ahead, we hope to take inspiration from their journey as they prepare to row 3,000 miles across the open sea.
